it is a bit tricky, since it is atwood's concious response to stories with happy endings. another writer who took great pride in de-constructing accepted mythology (happily ever after, fairy tales and such) was robert coover.
I liked the story, even though some variations of the endings i combined were dismally insipid :'( Well teacher, Tessa and I joined the blog. We didn't really have the time to check out all the blogs and stuff, but we saw the humongous project on the holocaust...and whoah!!!...dat iz wun awsum project! lol Kidding... We both loved it.
